Armband for iPod nano

For joggers frustrated at keeping their iPod nano secure while trotting along, there is at last a solution – the X-Clip Sports Armband.

UK-based iPod accessory maker GEAR4 has released the perfect accessory for those who like to listen to their iPod nano's while exercising, a padded and adjustable armband.

Featuring a Smartclip to police up annoying wires and a solid protective case, the X-Clip keeps the iPod nano safe and secure while its owner works up a sweat.

GEAR4 states: "The X-Clip concept is unique and innovative.

"It allows you to keep your iPod protected in its hard protective case and simply clip on interchangeable X-Clip accessories, without ever having to remove the iPod from its case."

The X-Clip comes with an emergency rain jacket with a reflective strip to keep both the iPod nano and its owner safe while running in the dark.

Full access to the click wheel and dock connector is allowed through vents in the case.

Out in the next few months, GEAR4 has yet to put a price on the X-Clip.
